Information (Important!)

When sending files via WeTransfer, please include your order number in the message, and make sure to send them from the same email address you used to purchase the service.

Follow these steps for best audio quality:

Confirm that track-out files are free from clipping.

Export all individual tracks at -6 dB on channel faders (not just the master bus).

Do not apply compression, normalization, EQ, or other effects.

Ensure no channel volume is in the red zone.

Submit 24-bit WAV files at 44.1 kHz or 48 kHz.
